Please contact us by email or phone, or send a text or WhatsApp message and we’ll call you back. During our conversation we would like to learn something about your movement, breathing or swimming history and goals, so that together we can agree the best course of action.
Together we work out a suitable date and time for your first session.
We email you a link to pay by card online. This payment secures your booking.
To save time during your first session, we ask you to complete a registration form and return it to us before your session.
For movement coaching, we will ask you to send more detailed information in advance of your first session. See Move Better Swim Better for more on this.
You can arrange subsequent sessions immediately after you finish your first session, or by phone or email.
