Paul is trying to reduce the number of strokes he swims over 100m. If the tempo of his strokes remains the same while he reduces the number of strokes, he’ll go faster.

Changes at Edinburgh Swim Studio! Emma Levy has relocated to Aberfeldy, and is now offering a similar range of services either face-to-face in Aberfeldy, or remotely for clients both local and worldwide. The swim studio has closed.
